EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 0035.2020-A

“ AN ORDER SUPPLEMENTING AND ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MODIFIED GENERAL COMMUNITY QUARANTINE (MGCQ) IN THE PROVINCE OF DAVAO DE ORO, AND HEREBY ADOPTING RESOLUTION NO. 43 ISSUED BY THE INTER-AGENCY TASK FORCE FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF EMERGING INFECTIOUS DISEASES”

WHEREAS, on May 26, 2020 the IATF-EID recommends that Davao de Oro be placed under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) beginning June 1 until June 15, 2020, lifting GCQ in the province effective May 31, 2020.

WHEREAS, on June 1, 2020 the province of Davao de Oro is placed under Modified General Community Quarantine pursuant to Executive Order No. 0035-2020;

WHEREAS, on June 3, 2020 Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases issued Resolution No. 43, amending provisions of the Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of Community Quarantine in the Philippines, and for other Purposes on Section 5 providing guidelines for areas placed under Modified General Community Quarantine”

NOW THEREFORE I, JAYVEE TYRON L. UY, Governor of the Province of Davao de Oro, by virtue of the power vested in me under the law, hereby provides supplementing and additional guidelines of the Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) adopting Resolution No. 43, issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases, to wit;

SECTION 1. GENERAL GUIDELINES. (Adopting Resolution 43 issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases amending Section 5 of the Omnibus Guidelines on the Implementation of Community Quarantine in the Philippines)

1. The movement of all persons in areas placed under MGCQ shall be limited to accessing essential goods and services, for work in the offices or industries permitted to operate hereunder, and for other activities permitted under other pertinent orders or issuances;

2. Any person below twenty-one (21) years old, those who are sixty (60) years old and above, those with immunodeficiency, comorbidity, or other health risk, and pregnant ( … )
